01 / THE SCIENCE OF COOL

Three ways
to make a cooling difference.

Cool to the touch.
Moisture management in motion.
Three functions working together: the Triple Chill Effect™.

01Cool from the first touch. operating principle
COOLING MINERALS

Cool from the first touch.

Cooling minerals embedded in the yarn help transfer heat between skin and fabric for a cool sensation.

02Move moisture away from skin. operating principle
ACTIVE WICKING

Move moisture away from skin.

Moves moisture away from skin to help reduce the damp feeling caused by perspiration during activity.

03Feel fresh again. operating principle
RAPID DRYING

Feel fresh again.

Helps release moisture from the fabric into the air quickly, supporting drying and comfortable wear.

BUILT IN.
STAYS COOL.

Cooling built into the fiber.

Cooling technology is incorporated into the yarn and designed to remain through repeated washing. The foundation of cooling begins when the fiber is made.

02 / BORN IN THE USA

From Atlanta
to a world in motion.

brrr° is a cooling technology brand founded in the United States in 2014. It began with the idea of making the textiles we wear and touch every day cooler, drier and more comfortable.

Material development is based at its Atlanta, U.S. headquarters, with production operations in Taiwan and a global fabric partner network bringing the technology into products.

03 / MEASURED, NOT JUST FELT

Beyond the feeling.
Verified through testing.

Independent external laboratories evaluate
brrr° cooling, moisture transfer and drying performance separately.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions that start
with a hangtag.

Where is brrr° from?

brrr° is a U.S. cooling technology brand founded in 2014, with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. It connects production operations in Taiwan with fabric partners around the world. Check each garment's label for its country of manufacture and fiber composition.

Does the cooling technology wash out?

brrr° embeds its cooling technology in the yarn, designed to remain through repeated washing. Follow the care label on your product for washing and drying instructions.

What does the brrr° mark on a hangtag mean?

The brand mark identifies a product that uses brrr° cooling material technology. Check the product information for its Original, Pro, Recycled or X line and exact fabric composition.

How many degrees cooler is it?

Contact cooling varies with fabric composition, construction and wearing conditions. The Qmax values on this page are test indicators of contact cooling, not a measurement of a temperature drop in degrees.
